DESIGN SKILLS

Hello! I'm Chenyu (Levine) Zeng, a footwear-specialized industrial designer currently studying at the ArtCenter College of Design.
My passion for footwear began with basketball — a sport that not only brings me friendship and health but also introduces me to the world of sneakers. Fortunately, I've been able to convert such passion into industrial design.
As a designer, my design philosophy centers on bridging the gap between lifestyle and performance footwear, because I believe great shoes must balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.
In addition to design, I am a shoe dog and a sneakerhead,
deeply engaged in sneaker culture, vintage culture, fashion, basketball, traveling and the outdoors.

MY SNEAKER COLLAGE...
As a footwear designer, I buy all kinds of shoes to wear, touch, feel, and learn from them. (what a good excuse to buy more shoes!)

MY NATURE EXPLORATION...
Mother nature always inspires me, both in and outside of design. I love going out there to discover all the possibilities and sparks.

MY TRAVEL MEMORIES...
Traveling to me is the best refreshment. Immersing in different cultures and embracing uncertainties every day just invigorates my spirit.
